What is one benefit, and what is one challenge of the physical geography of the Arabian Peninsula and Anatolian and Iranian plateaus? Think about climate, water sources, natural resources, and location.

from its location, a benefit makes it a little harder to attack with its deserts and harder to survive in for attackers, but then again, a challenge would be getting water in all that desert and finding resources and traveling would be a challenge.
