Answer: X > 3

Explanation:

You want to subtract 14 on both sides and you will get -3x < -9. Then you divide -3 on both sides -3x/3 > -9/-3 and you should end up with x < 3. Since you divided by the negative number you switch the sign from ">" to "<"
