Can complementary angles be supplementary. Why or why not.

No they cannot.

Explanation:

They cannot because if they were then what would be the point of complementary and supplementary? Why would be need to call them different angles if they are the same?

no because complementary angles equal 90 degrees and supplementary angles equal 180 degrees
