Maybe they can make work more fun? maybe do more fun activities that includes work?

Email/Talk to privately to students who are having trouble.During this school year I felt like none of my teachers cared about me failing.They’re not supposed to care but it would’ve made me feel more happy if they had reached out to see if I was okay.
