A=19

Explanation- 2(9+13) = 2(22)
2*22=44mm

Keep in mind an area of a parallelogram is 2(a+b)

Perimeter of Parallelogram: 2(a+b)

Here,

a= 9

b= 13

So,

➠ 2(9+13)

➠ 2 × 22

Ans ➠ 44mm
