To solve for x we are gonna utilize Trigonometry.

Trig ratios = sOH, cAH, tOA

In the figure we are finding the opposite and we have the adjacent, therefore we are gonna use the ratio tOA.

tOA states tangent theta (angle) is equal to opposite over adjacent or Tan theta =opp/adj where opp = x and adj = 19

Therefore;

Tan 41 = x/19

Solve for x

x = 19 tan 41
= 16.5

Therefore the best option is C
