6x + 25 ≤ 135

Explanation:

Maximum amount to spend = $135

Boxes of popcorn = 2

Boxes of candy = 3

Cost per box of popcorn = $6

For 3 boxes = $6 * 3 = $18

Cost per box of candy = $3.50

For 2 boxes = $2 * 3.50 = $7
