Socialization is the lifelong process through which people learn the values and norms of a given society.

For a man to learn socialization he is encouraged to be brave, endure pain, confront danger, and protect their loved one. They often have to achieve their masculine status with alot of effort. But at the end of the day, men shouldn't have to change themselves for society just like how women shouldn't ethier. Everyone has the right to be themselves and so I personally believe that socialization is a process for a man to choose whether he wants it or not.
