Instead show him/them how responsible you can be with the devices you already have, show him/them that you can use devices correctly and not for bad purposes, make sure he knows that you know not to give out your number to random people, and know not to believe everything you see. Make sure he knows you won't give out personal information online or let people trick you into giving them money or clicking l/nks because they can be ip grabbers. Give it time, if you beg he won't give it to you, or just ask 1 or 2 times before your Birthday or a Holiday and maybe he'll get it for you §
