Answer is 50 inches.

A rectangle has two sides of equal length.

It is given that two sides have a length of 25 inches, leaving the 50 inch side.

Again, as a rectangle has two sides of equal length, the fourth length has to be 50 inches to be in equal length of the other 50 inch length.
