Answer:(x + 6) + (y + 2)^2 = 13

Explanation:

The centre of the circle is halfway along the diameter = (-6, -2)

r^2 = (-4 - -6)^2 + ( 1 - -2)^2 = 2^2 + 3^2 = 13

So circle equation is (x - -6)^2 + (y - -2)^2 = 13
