Answer:

I would go to Quadrant II and first look on the x-axis to look for negative twenty (-20) and look both the x and y axis for 0 (the origin). Plot the point by putting the -20 on the horizontal line and 0. For example: (Look at the scrrenshot) P.S. sorry if it looks weird.
