RS is tangent to the given Circle.

We know that, radius from the center of the circle to the point of tangency is perpendicular to the tangent line.

So,

∠CRS = 90°

We also know that, sum of all angles inside a triangle is 180°.

So,

∠CRS + ∠CSR + ∠RCS = 180°

90° + 46° + x = 180°

136° + x = 180°

x = 180° - 136°

x = 44°

So, the value of x = 44°.
