one point where this can clearly be seen is in the Bonus Army March. Hoover, instead of addressing concerns decided to use force against a peaceful protest of veterans no less. This was not the best path to take as he took a sweep under the rug approach this only made the American people angrier which ten caused the American people to associate Hoover with the whole ordeal. this caused the naming of Hoovervilles or homeless groupings. Overall I think Hoover needed better P.R
