How does Romeo killing Paris showing his love and determination for Juliet? (From Romeo and Juliet)

While he fought for her (in a way) it was rather selfish of him because it caused many many problems down the road. Love however, is blind- and in that moment he was blind. He was madly determined to have Juliet and a peaceful life, and to him one of the objects standing in his way, was Paris.
