Why is it Nondisjunction?!

Anaphase of mitosis, where sister chromatids go apart and the microtubules pull them in different side directions. The chromosome shown in image red fails to part away properly, its sister chromatids stick together and get pulled to the same side, as a result of in mitotic nondisjunction of this chromosome.
