8 + 6 = 14

to find the other missing measure (slanted side) use pythagorean theorem

c^2 = a^2 + b^2

c^2 = 6^2 + 8^2

c^2 = 36 + 64

c^2 = 100

c = 10

then add all the measurements since it’s perimeter

10 + 6 + 8 = 24
