Most of the adverts that I saw had 5 basic parts.

These parts are:
The Headline: Most the headlines were very catchy. For example, you'd find something like "Make $200 every week" "for almost doing nothing". This was created to draw the reader in. Of course one would find out that in most cases (98%) there was more to the pitch;
The Sub-headline: To like in the ad referenced above, the major Headline was "Make $200 every week" Then the sub-headline was "for almost doing nothing."
Benefits: This section of the Ad is concerned with highlighting the benefits of the service being sold.
In some cases, the ads are images, videos, logo and or other branding showing the product or service. This helps to stimulate the decision of the viewer towards the ultimate goal which is a
Call To Action.
Call to action is the part of the ads where the seller expects that the viewer will go ahead and make a buying decision. All the five parts put together seeks to fulfil the goal of the creator which is to ensure that there is a sale or that at least, significant interest is registered in the mind of the viewer.
