Given:

The quadratic equation is:

3x^2-5x-2=0

To find:

Point that is the solution of given equation.

Solution:

We have,

3x^2-5x-2=0

The quadratic function of the above equation is:

y=3x^2-5x-2

Putting
x=1, we get

y=3(1)^2-5(1)-2

y=3-5-2

y=-4

The function passes through the point (1,-4). It means (1,-4) is the solution of given equation but (1,5) is not a solution of given equation.

Therefore, the correct option is A.
