Answer: The Indian Railways plan to replace the plastic cups at all railway stations to kulhads for the promotion of an environmentally-friendly India that is plastic-free. ... Kulhads in railway stations was introduced in 2014 by the then Union Railways Minister, Shri. Lalu Prasad Yadav.
