Answer: g=x-2/3

Explanation:

When it says make g the subject it means make it on it's own in front of the '=' sign.

To make g the subject, you have to do the inverse to 'undo' the equation.

So, instead of adding 2, you have to take away 2 from x. This would now look like this:

x-2=3g

In algebra, when a number is next to a letter it means times. So instead of multiplying g by 3, you would have to divide x-2 by 3. This would now look like this:

x-2/3=g
