Answer:

1. Albert likes animals and I guess Albert had a peice of chocolate he didn't want

2. Bingo kept going there because Albert kept giving him chocolate and he got used to it

3. Bingo was forcing Albert to give home chocolates but Albert couldn't afford it cause he was getting broke
