Explanation:

Sum of two sides is always greater than the third side

Case1 :

4.1 + 1.3 > x

5.4 > x

Case2:

4.1 + x > 1.3 or 1.3 + x > 4.1

x > 1.3 - 4.1 or x > 4.1 - 1.3

x > - 2.8 or x > 2.8

Note that it is obvious x is not -ve so neglect -2.8. x > 2.8

Hence,

5.4 > x > 2.8
