This is actually very easy. All you have to do is divide. For example, the fraction 4/10, all you have to do is divide 4 and 10 and you will get .4 and there you go, that’s your decimal.
Answers:
4/10 = .4
6/10 = .6
9/10 = .9
3/10 = .3

4/10 is 0.4
6/10 is 0.6
9/10 is 0.9
3/10 is 0.3
Also for extra as a percentage it will be going in order 40%, 60%, 90%, 30%
