Answer:

Base shape/formulas: 1/2 base x height, base x height, 1/2 base x height, 1/2 base x height

Vol formulas: 1/2 base x height x length, length x width x height, 1/2 base x height x length, 1/2 base x height x length (in that order)

Plug in numbers: [30 (30 - 5) (30 -12) (30 - 13)]^1/2 * 3 if you use Heron's

5 x 7 x 2

I dunno if you need the rest

Explanation:

Base of triangular prism is always a triangle and base of rectangular prism is rectangle. I imagine the shape/formula of base refers to the area formula of each base. Have you studied Heron's formula? It might help for 1st problem.

You do know you can look these formulas up online if you don't know them :)

For plug in #, apply numbers given in each image to formulas...
