What caused Napoleon to decide to sell the Louisiana Territory to the United States?

A. It was too far away to govern effectively.

D. There were three sides against Napoleon’s ideology and in fact War, while Other part joined Spain and made it stay longer, gaining power for them.
Not having enough force to contrólate war, he decided to sell it, because of the need of money and obviously loosing War.
