Maria has a recipe for pumpkin bread. She uses 3 ½ cups of flour to make 2 loaves of pumpkin bread. Alex will follow the same recipe. He will make b loaves of pumpkin bread using f cups of flour. Write an equation that represents the relationship between b and f.

Answer:

f(4/7)=b

Explanation:

3+1/2=7/2

(7/2)x=2

x=4/7

the constant of the equation is 4/7

so take f and b and put f in place for 7/2 cups and b for 2 loaves of bread.

f(4/7)=b
