It’s T because as long as the x coordinates have none the same it is considered a function

Explanation:

My reasoning is because...what considers a function to be a function is ONE INPUT (X-VALUE(S)) TO HAVE ONE OUTPUT (Y-VALUE(S)). When you look at table T it has two 3's which essentially is just one 3 but it has TWO DIFFERENT OUTPUTS, that is not considered to be a function. Hope this helps :)
