B) Width 1/3, Length 6 + x, Area as a product of width times length 1/3 (6+x), Area as a sum of the areas of smaller rectangles ((1/3) * 6) + 1/3x

C) Width r, Length 1+1+1, Area as a product of width times length r(1+1+1), Area as a sum of the areas of smaller rectangles r1+r1+r1

D) Width 6, Length p+p+p+p, Area as a product of width times length 6(p+p+p+p), Area as a sum of the areas of smaller rectangles 6p+6p+6p+6p
