The Russians had no colonies in africa, at least sizable ones. They were more focused influencing the Middle East/caucuses. Whilst the Dutch did have South Africa for a time, they lost it due to war with the UK. Finally, spain had a decent amount of colonies within Africa, but mainly focused on Asian ones (phillipines) and American holdings.
