No one's freedom or right shall be taken away by religion, ethicinity, sexual identity, etc. The changes in the constitution have shown the American society what is constitutional and what is not, who shall have the majority of power, and who shall not. African Americans are now free due to the 13th amendment which abolished slavery, but the 15th amendment gave African Americans the right to vote.
