What is the difference between active and passive transport?

D. Active transport uses energy

Active transport will use energy to move molecules from lower concentration to higher concentration.

Passive transport will move from higher concentration to lower concentration, no energy needed.

The answer is “D” because Active Transport requires Energy. Passive transport does not.
