Green light is treated as the least actice wavelength in the visible spectrum for photosynthesis, although it is good in photosynthesis and give balance to the architecture of plants.

Plants absorb only 90 % of the green photons of the light spectrum. It absorb almost all the photons in the red and blue region of the light spectrum. If plants absorb further, they would appear black to our eyes. The reason why plants are green is due to the small amount of light they reflect is the green color.
