For this case we know that the total of forks are 456. We also know that each package contains 19 forks and we want to estimate the number of packages that the cafeteria should have, so we can do the following division:


(456)/(19)

And after do the division we got:


(456)/(19)=24

So we can conclude that the number of packages would be 24
