Find the magnitude of the vector. The magnitude of a vector is given as;


\begin{gathered} |v|=√((i)^2+(j)^2) \\ i=-2 \\ j=5 \\ \left|a+bi\right|\:=√(\left(a+bi\right)\left(a-bi\right))=√(a^2+b^2) \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} |v|=√((-2)^2+(5)^2) \\ |v|=√(4+25) \\ |v|=√(29) \end{gathered}

Therefore, the magnitude is given as;


|v|=√(29)
