A marginal relative frequency can be calculated by dividing a row total or a column total by the Grand total.

With this in mind we have a total of 0.24 CDs returned, and the grand total is 1. Therefore:

(0.24)/(1)=0.24

The marginal relative frequency of CD's is 24%.
