Using tangent function:


\begin{gathered} \tan (\theta)=\frac{opposite}{_{\text{ }}adjacent} \\ \tan (38)=(h)/(70) \\ h=70\cdot\tan (38) \\ h\approx54.69ft \end{gathered}
