In this case, we must be careful as this is a problem that hasn't been possible to solve or reach a consensus on, in the first place protists is an artificial group, algae and protozoans are together there but there is evidence that this is incorrect, on the other hand at the moment there is no phylogeny that has solved ancestry relationships between algae, plants, fungi, and protozoans, therefore we call it an unsolved tree. Taking this into consideration we can proceed to do our phylogenetic tree, as we can see is sooted with bacteria in the immediate sister domain, and all remaining groups are rooted to the same spot as is an unsolved tree.
