we have the following:


\begin{gathered} c=2\cdot\pi\cdot r \\ r=(c)/(2\cdot\pi) \end{gathered}

replacing, c = 46 inches:


\begin{gathered} r=(46)/(2\cdot3.14) \\ r=7.32 \end{gathered}

therefore, the radius is 7.32 inches
