From the given figure

The opposite side to x is AB

The adjacent side to x is BC

To find x we will use TOA


\tan x=(AB)/(BC)

AB = 3 cm

BC = 4 cm


\tan x=(3)/(4)

To find x we will use the inverse of tan


x=\tan ^(-1)((3)/(4))

By using the calculator

x = 36.86989765

Round it to the nearest degree

x = 37 degrees
