to find the slope of the line, we need to use formula of a slope


\begin{gathered} m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1) \\ y_2=-15 \\ y_1=-16 \\ x_2=-7 \\ x_1=19 \end{gathered}

now we proceed to insert the points in the equation


\begin{gathered} m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)_{} \\ m=(-15-(-16))/(-7-19) \\ m=(1)/(-26) \\ m=-(1)/(26) \end{gathered}

the value of the slope of the line from the given points is -1/26
