We are given the following expression:

-ab+\mleft(-ac\mright)

We can rewrite the expression by using the sign inside the parenthesis, like this:

-ab+(-ac)=-ab-ac

Now, we can take "-a" as a common factor:

-ab-ac=-a(b+c)

And thus we get an equivalent expression.
