we have the following:

We can solve the problem by means of a rule of proportionality, that is, if 4 brownies were divided with 6 boys, how many brownies would be for 3 girls who received the same amount


\begin{gathered} 6\rightarrow4 \\ 3\rightarrow x \\ x=(3\cdot4)/(6)=(12)/(6)=2 \end{gathered}

Therefore, in total are 2 brownies
