Solution

Variable Represents:

x= represent the number of sets that he can afford to buy

Inequality:

400 < 40x< 600

Solve:

400/40< x < 600/60

10 < x < 15

Sentence:

For this case we can conclude that the number of sets that he can afford to buy are between 10 and 15
