You have to multiply

(-2x^3y^2z)(5x^6yz)

To solve this multiplication you can decompose the terms and multiply each like term separately.

So that

\begin{gathered} (-2)\cdot5=-10 \\ x^3\cdot x^6=x^9 \\ y^2\cdot y=y^3 \\ z\cdot z=z^2 \end{gathered}

Once you solved each multiplication you can multiply all terms together

(-10)(x^9)(y^3)(z^2)=-10x^9y^3z^2

The correct answer is D.
