Answer: Hot and Wet

Explanation: Moisture speeds up chemical weathering. Weathering occurs fastest in hot, wet climates. It occurs very slowly in hot and dry climates. In very cold, dry areas, there is little weathering. There is more weathering in hot and wet climates causing weathering to have the fastest in that climate.
