A point at which three or more lines intersect at a particular place is called the point of concurrency.

The three medians, three perpendicular bisectors and three angular bisectors of a triangle intersects at a point, and hence, result in a point of concurrency.

But, the three midsegments of a triangles does not intersect.

So, the three midsegments of a triangles does not result in a point of concurrency.
