the expression is

f(t) = t-5

g(m) = 3m^2 - 1

Now, (fog)(x) = f(g(x))

(f.g)(x) = put x = g(x) = 3x^2 - 1 in the equation t -5

(f.g)(x) = 3x^2 - 1 - 5

(f.g)(x) = 3x^2 - 6

thus the answer is 3x^2 - 6
