that's the reading rainbows theme song, I remember the schools making me watch this back in 1st grade and 2nd back in 2011 to 2013 but sadly my school stopped showing them and moved on to new technology to help us improve technologically. The show the reading rainbow ended in 2006 due to the same thing, technological advances causing it to end because the concept was old.
