(1)/(3)(y+4)+(1)/(2)(2y+6)=0
(y+4)/(3)+(2y+6)/(2)=0
(y+4)/(3)+(y+3)/(1)=0
(y+4+3y+9)/(3)=0
(4y+13)/(3)=0
4y+13=0
4y=-13
y=-(13)/(4)
